Allison Tran, owner of EmbroidMe may not deal with visitors face-to-face every day, but she definitely has the passion to get people excited about Baltimore! She has told countless people about the Baltimore Tourism Ambassadors Program. She says, "you don't have to leave your hometown and spend a lot of money to have a great experience."

EMPLOYER SPOTLIGHT

People travel many miles just to shop at River Park Square in Spokane, the premier shopping center in the Inland NW. Providing a high level of service for their customers is very important. Bryn West, Asst. Director of Marketing says, "As CTAs, our staff has enhanced their ability to serve our customers, many of which come from out of state, or Canada."

TESTIMONIAL

"Over 10 million out of town visitors enjoy Fort Worth annually and that number doesn't include our own 700,000 citizens who enjoy our city. The CTA program motivates and better informs our hospitality industry associates and improves the service levels and guest/visitor experiences throughout our North Texas Metroplex."
