Airports
  • PHX - Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport - Information Booth staff are all CTAs & use CTA Resource Guide!
  • BWI, TUS, MCI - Baltimore/Washington Airport, Tucson Int'l. Airport, Kansas City International Airport - airport ambassadors, airport personnel and concessions are CTAs.
  • DFW - Dallas/Fort Worth Airport - Terminal managers will train retail, F&B outlets and volunteers!
Government/Police
  • Over 500 Police Officers in Lexington, KY have become certified!
  • Anaheim tourism assistance department want police officers as CTAs to help traveling public.
  • Strong support from local governments.  Two Mayors have become CTAs!
Transportation
  • Baltimore Yellow Cab owner wants 200 drivers to become CTAs.  Kansas City, Anaheim and Dallas Yellow Cab management are strong supporters.
  • Tucson, KC and Milwaukee airport shuttle companies love the program.
  • Both public and private transportation companies on board!
Restaurants
  • Attraction-themed restaurants and other venues' hostess & servers enjoy value of CTA program.
Concierges
  • Milwaukee corporate concierges utilizing the program to assist high-profile visitors
  • Greater Phoenix concierge association encouraging all new concierges to become CTAs!

Attractions & Services
  • Over 275 CTAs trained at Phoenix area casino. Virginia area National Park Service on board, as well!
  • Strong support from attractions in all areas! Even RV Parks CTAs welcome visitors!
