Pride is something that many of us don't think about every day. Yet, it has a powerful impact on all of us. Pride in where you work...pride in where you live...pride in how you handle the visitor...and pride in yourself.
Think about an interaction you had with a visitor that went well - they needed something and you helped them. Or, you simply showed them a courtesy, like opening a door or anticipating their need before they even spoke a word.
When that "magical" interaction takes place, everyone remembers it...you, the visitor, and maybe even your boss, if they're watching. It's a feeling that, when the interaction is over, you were in the right place at the right time!

CTAs by their very nature, are people who want to give back...they want to make sure they leave a good impression on the visitor. And, that builds pride, which is a powerful feeling! Take time to touch someone's life - it's addictive!
