"As a member of the CVB Board of Directors, it's rewarding to see how the program was embraced right away throughout the community.  Every associate, whether they are a new or life-long resident, gains more knowledge to enable them to enhance the guest experience and create that emotional connection.  It completes their repertoire and makes them more well rounded.  Employers are on board, as well, as we all want the same thing - to help guests have a better stay so they become loyal, repeat visitors."
