Bobbie Bennett, CTA <br>Phoenix, AZ
Bobbie Bennett knows and lives the power of tourism. Her entrepreneurial spirit has driven her from entertainer, to restaurateur, to photographer, to social coordinator, to tour director. As owner of Five Star Photo in Arizona, Bobbie says, "I love the ability to stop time and capture adventures with photos that tell the story of our tours...

EMPLOYER SPOTLIGHT

People travel many miles just to shop at River Park Square in Spokane, the premier shopping center in the Inland NW. Providing a high level of service for their customers is very important. Bryn West, Asst. Director of Marketing says, "As CTAs, our staff has enhanced their ability to serve our customers, many of which come from out of state, or Canada."

TESTIMONIAL

“I was really impressed with the CTA course. With the history of North Texas, orientation with tourist interests, and basic service training, it undoubtedly will help our front line service personnel be true ambassadors to our visitors.”

D. S. Freeman, Jr., Chairman
