"The program has helped us to align the divergent sectors of our highly dynamic industry and to speak with one voice regarding the amazing amenities, services and attributes our destination boasts. It was just what we needed. Based on the number of CTAs, diversity of individuals that have completed the course and continue endorse the overall training and information, we have been able to better position Galveston's hospitality and service to increase our visitors experience."
